Satan: His Psychotherapy and Cure by the Unfortunate Dr. Kassler
I read this book in the late 1980s or early 1990s. I remembered it but couldn’t remember the title. I was able to locate it on Google after about 10 different searches.
It is thought-provoking and worth a read.
